What is the cap?
The full 100% applies to the first slice of commission each calendar month, stated on this page; commission above it that month is split 95% to you.
Can I add a team later?
Elite is single-agent. Move to Flex if you want to build a team.
Why a six-month term?
Elite is bought with a commitment of at least 6 months, billed monthly. You can cancel at any time and there is no exit fee: the cancellation takes effect at the end of the term, and the months left until then are billed monthly as usual. You can move up to a higher plan at any time; a lower plan is available once the term ends.
