About VIII
A licensed real estate and holiday homes agency in Dubai, and the platform its agents work on.
VIII is not a marketplace. It is the front door to a licensed brokerage. An agent who joins works under our licence, signs an agreement with us, registers each deal with us, and is paid by us when the commission has cleared. The monthly plan pays for the licence, the paperwork and the platform; the commission stays with the agent.
We built it because the usual arrangement takes half an agent’s commission for a desk they rarely sit at. A flat fee and a written split is a fairer trade, and one that can be checked line by line on the platform.
- DubaiLicensed and based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
- Every deal on recordVerified by a person before it is paid, with an audit trail you can ask for.
- Your money, your namePayouts go only to a bank account in your own name.
How a deal moves
- The agent registers the deal and uploads the signed agreement and the parties’ documents.
- A person reviews it. Until then the agent can still change it; after that it is locked.
- We invoice the client. The commission lands in our account.
- Within one working day of the money clearing, the agent’s share is on its way, to a bank account in the agent’s own name.
- Every step is on the audit trail, and the agent can download the receipt.
What we do not do
- Take a cut of commission beyond the split written in the agreement.
- Pay anyone but the agent, into anyone’s account but the agent’s own.
- Hold client money outside the company’s designated or escrow accounts.
- Release a payout before the commission has cleared.
